Shevy Sputz,

In 2015, Shevy relocated from Brooklyn, NY, to Philadelphia with her husband, Rabbi Hirshi, to contribute to the spiritual and cultural enrichment of the Center City Jewish community.

Recognizing an opportunity to enhance the local kosher culinary scene, Shevy began utilizing her exceptional gourmet baking skills to serve the community. She now offers a variety of fresh, traditional Jewish delicacies, including challahs, babkas, knishes, and more, available at the Fairmount Farmers Market and Stephen's Cafe at Chabad of Fairmount.

In addition to her baking endeavors, Shevy conducts kosher cooking classes designed to evoke the comforting flavors of a beloved Bubby's kitchen. She also organizes "Connect over Coffee," a monthly women's meetup at Stephen's Cafe, providing refreshments and inspiration for both body and soul.

All proceeds from Shevy's Babka Paradise are generously donated to Chabad of Fairmount, supporting its ongoing programs and services for the community.
